Imaginers is an AI film and content studio. The site presents our studio and our work, and it is for information only. Nothing on the site is an offer to enter into a contract. Client projects are governed by separate written contracts. If such a contract differs from these terms, the contract prevails.

All content on the site belongs to Digimental Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi, except the trademarks and names of other companies described below. This includes the films, characters, images and texts, the Imaginers name and logo, and the design of the site. Our series, channels and characters, such as Kurt, TECHMOLA, Markengenies and INK TR, are our own creations.
You may not copy, change, publish or otherwise use this content without our prior written permission, unless the law allows it. We reserve all rights. This includes the use of our content for text and data mining and for training artificial intelligence models.
The films, characters and images on the site are generated with artificial intelligence tools and produced by our studio. They are creative works, not recordings of real events.
Some of our films tell true stories, such as the founding story of a brand. These films are our own creative interpretation. Their scenes and images are generated with AI and may not show people, places or events exactly as they were.
Our Markengenies films tell the history of brands that belong to other companies, such as Red Bull, Tupperware, Domino's and IKEA. The films mention and show these brands. These names and logos are trademarks of their owners. We show them because our films tell the history of these brands. We are not affiliated with these companies, and they do not endorse our films.

The content on the site is for general information and entertainment. It is not legal, financial, business or technical advice. Our films about brand history may simplify events, and they may not be complete or current.
The site links to other websites, such as our pages on Instagram and YouTube. We do not control those websites. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle personal data. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
We may change, suspend or remove the site or any of its content at any time. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors.
We provide the site free of charge. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage that arises from using the site or from the site being unavailable. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan) have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms. This does not limit the mandatory rules that protect consumers. For example, where Turkish law allows it, consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court at their place of residence.
If a provision of these terms is invalid, the other provisions continue to apply.
