What does Imaginers make?

Imaginers is an AI film and content studio. We create films, characters and content with artificial intelligence tools. Our own work includes the character series Kurt, the technology channel TECHMOLA and Markengenies, a film series about the founding stories of well known brands. A new series, INK TR, is in preparation. For brands, we create films and content under a separate written contract for each project.

How does a project start?

Send us an e-mail at info@imaginers.io. Tell us about your brand, your goal and where the content will be published. We reply to discuss the idea and the scope. Before any work starts, we agree the details in a written contract.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope: the number and length of the films, the work needed on characters, and the number of review rounds. We agree a schedule with you before the project starts.

Who owns the finished work?

The written contract for each project sets out who owns the finished work and how it may be used. We agree this with you before work starts.

How do you label content made with AI?

We say openly that our films and characters are made with AI. Our Terms of Use state this on the site. For client projects, we agree with you how the content will be labelled. We take into account the applicable law and the rules of the platforms where the content will be published.

Are you connected to the brands in your films?

No. Markengenies tells the founding stories of well known brands, such as Red Bull, Tupperware, Domino's and IKEA. We are not affiliated with these companies, and they do not endorse our films. Their trademarks belong to their owners.

How do you handle personal data?

We process very little personal data. Our site has no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising cookies. We process the e-mails you send us and the technical data our hosting provider needs to deliver and protect the site. Our Privacy Notice explains the details. If a project involves personal data, such as images or voices of real people, we discuss this with you before work starts. We then handle that data in line with data protection law.
